Planning Return to Work - successfully and profitably

header.jpg

How do we plan for return to work in a completely changed world?      In this changed world,  the S in ESG is taking on huge importance -- human capital development and corporate citizenry are no longer just investment or reporting concerns but are central to business survival as people’s expectations of companies change.

Join Edelman Canada CEO Lisa Kimmel and CGI UK CEO Tara  McGeehan to learn how two ground-breaking women are using research and people-centred practice to improve their business agility in unprecedented times.

Lisa will share the latest Edelman research  on the role of trust in business success, and offer insights into what companies must do in order to remain trusted.  Tara will speak about how  values that are often perceived as Canadian – openness, trust, and honesty – are central to the CGI UK ethos both during the COVID crisis and in return to work planning.

Both speakers will offer practical insights to help  leaders succeed not only in planning for return to work but also in understanding public attitudes to companies going forward.   A question and answer period will follow.   The  session will be moderated by Nigel Miller, Vice Chair Canada UK Foundation.
